When will I get my products?
- Our standard Free shipping option typically takes 3-7 days to process your order and up to 12-25 days for you to receive the product after it has been shipped. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner.
- We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
- Many of our items will ship separately, so you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers.
- Shipping to Canada: 12-26 days
- Shipping to the United Kingdom: 20-40 days
- Shipping to Australia: 16-36 days
Do I have to pay duties or customs?
Yes, we do not cover any duties or customs fees. Each country charges a different percentage for these fees.
Is my information and payment method secure?
- Our store is built and payments are processed on the Shopify platform and through PayPal. Both have the most state of the art technology built in to keep your information safe. Your security is our #1 priority, so we take it a step further. You can shop safely on our site knowing you are protected.
How do I track my order?
- You will receive order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with specific tracking for your order. For your convenience, we have an order tracking page where you can input all of your tracking numbers and see the status of where your order is and when it will be to you! (see the 'Track My Order' page)
- Please note it can take a few days for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don't worry!
- Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way!
How much is shipping?
- Shipping anywhere in the United States, Canada, and the UK is completely FREE for most of our products. However, please note that many of the products in our 'Just For Moms' collection do come with some shipping costs. This is because we stock those items and ship them domestically with USPS.
Discounts = Final Sale
- Any items purchased using a discount code are FINAL. No exchanges, no returns, no store credit, FINAL. If you choose to opt out of the discount, you can purchase items for price listed on our website (including sale prices) and will have the option to return those for store credit or an exchange through our 'Make a Return' page. We cannot price adjust past orders to sale prices.
Returns for Refunds
- Starting February 10th, 2019, we will no longer be accepting returns for refunds. You may still return an item for store credit or an exchange (for a new size, color, etc.) - but we will not be processing any new return requests for a refund.
Can I wash the clothing in a washing machine?
- Most of our clothing is machine washable, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, and hang dry. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER!
- Faux fur and Faux leather items are dry clean only.
- Do not wash shoes or hair accessories.
Where are you based & Where do you ship from?
- We are a USA based company operating with headquarters in Draper, Utah. We partner with vendors and manufacturers overseas to bring you fashionable and AFFORDABLE clothing and accessories for both you and your little ones.
- Due to high demand for some of our products, we're currently shipping them direct to you from our overseas suppliers.
Does your clothing run true to size?
- Because our items come from all different artist, we do not have a universal sizing chart, however, our items do run true to size UNLESS otherwise specified in the product description. For example, if an item runs small, it will say ***PLEASE ORDER SIZE UP***
- Our product sizing is comparable to brands like Gap, Old Navy, however our dress length is comparable to Zara. (shorter)
